About the presenter(s):

John Haynes works nationally for the FHWA as a Technical Leader for the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) deployment in conjunction with the "Every Day Counts" Initiative. He works locally in the FHWA Utah Division as he Innovation and Research Program manager and oversees the research contracting programs. He also serves on the Utah State Transportation Innovation and Research Advisory Councils.  During his 35-year career John has also worked for the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division, National Park Service, Office of the Architect of the Capitol, and as a private industry consultant. John is a Registered Landscape Architect with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
